Bailey Family Tree is one of the few things I can (and want to) talk about with authority. I either know about it, or I know people very well who know about it. This is the Place! if you have something to contribute about a particular family to be described below.
This family branches over and around the particular Baileys of Morris Plains, NJ. If you wonder "which Baileys of Morris Plains," you would be right do so. These Baileys include Ross, Wendy Lane and Ashton (with resident animals Lucy, Ethel, Miguel, Ferdinand, and as yet unnamed birds in our rafters). This family can be called "Bailey", but could just as easily be called Middleton, Carter, Winters, Saxon, McDonald, Kreer, Totman, Ray or many other names that I love.
I will tell parts of the story for which I have good records or a good memory. Those parts may be relatively short, but who knows, I could get long-winded. Elinor Peace Bailey is making a valiant effort at our record in which I have a keen interest, and I hope that some of her work will go on-line. Thanks in advance, Mom! The rest of you, let's see what you can do!
